Hi everyone!
March, was honestly, not a good month. I don't really think it was the best month for anyone, obviously. This pandemic has pretty much wrecked everyone's lives. I didn't really do much in March honestly, but I figured I would do a wrap up anyway. So yeah, here we go.

1. Wrapping up my show-
I started off my month at Steak and shake at 1AM, finishing up my show. We knew even then March was going to be a bad month... we were right.
2. Shopping for prom dresses-
I don't think i'm going to get to go to prom this year, but my sister is, so we went with two of our best friends to go shopping for prom dresses. It was fun! I did try on a stunning red dress, I'm in love with it.
3. Spirit Week -
I posted about this on my blog, so the link to the post is here. But this was really fun.
4. Getting an Instagram-
I got a personal Instagram this month, so that was super exciting!
5. Cutting my hair - I cut my hair a couple days ago, and it looks pretty good! Plus, its a lot easier to handle now because its not as long now.
6. Warm weather - Its finally getting to be spring here, and I'm so excited! Its been in the 80's this week and it's been so nice!!
7. Facetimes and calls in quarantine! - I've been face timing some friends from my school and also calling them while in quarantine (for who knows how long), so i've been enjoying talking to them!
8. Catching up on TV- I've been watching a lot of Gilmore Girls, and also watched the HSM show on Disney+. It's so GOOD oh my gosh!! I love love loved it. Let me know in the comments if you've watched it, I'm obsessed.

Sounds like a fun month besides the quarantine stuff. What do you mean "finishing up my show"?

Haha, you gotta love FaceTime during all this. XD When I see my friends in real life next it might actually be a shock - I’ll be so used to seeing their faces through a screen. :D

Aw, I'm sorry you felt that way about March, I will admit that it's been a sad time for me also. :// However, we are both stronger than this and will be okay. <3
ReplyDeleteHaircuts are the best! I haven't had one since last summer, but I loved my hair shorter just because it was so light and easy. :))
Facetime calls and phone calls has been my life recently too, haha.

That's okay! I think it's a sad time for everyone. We're all struggling with it. We have this though, and the Lord has us. :)
DeleteThey are! It scared me how short mine was this time, but it was needed, and I know it'll grow back. :) It's growing on me *no pun intended* XD Plus, it's easier to style now because there's less of it haha.
Yes, zoom is where I live now haha.

i'm so sorry that March wasn't a good month for you, Izzy! i agree, the pandemic is crazy and has shaken everyone's lives. still, i'm glad to hear about the things that did bring you joy this month ;)

It's great to hear that you're feeling ok, during this time of pandemic. But besides, the quarantine it sounds like you had a great month. For me March was like yours, ok but not that great, school is cancelled but I still have the same amount of work :(

March just really wasn't great month for everyone, wasn't it? I had to move home from school and start online school, which was . . . a change. I'm glad to see you have some highlights, though!

I don't think so, this whole thing has just messed up everyone so much. Oh goodness, I'm so sorry Hanne! I don't really enjoy online school. It's nice being home more, but I miss school a lot.
